A Virtual Assistant (VA) is an Independent Contractor providing administrative, professional support and/or technical services remotely via the Internet. Utilizing advanced technological mode of communication and data delivery, a VA assists clients in his/her area of expertise from his/her own office on a contractual basis.
Virtual Assistants work from their own home office as they are Independent Contractors and not employees.
What are your rates?
Honorable Mention Resources, LLC offers customized consulting and Virtual Assistant services that not only fit your budget, but usually pay for themselves through increased productivity and improved efficiency.
A free 30-minute telephone consultation is required to assess needs to determine rates. Afterwards, you will be provided with a customized rate to fit your needs. Rates vary per individual needs and are not posted because they vary by time, scope, difficulty, and other factors.
Rates are discussed upon having a consultation to assess your needs to determine pricing.
All services require upfront payments. If you require monthly or continuous assistance, a retainer is required upfront with monthly invoicing.
If you require short term assistance with small projects, there is a 4 - 16-hour minimum.

Do you offer refunds?
Due to investing time in offering services that are not tangible goods which can be returned, we have a no refund policy and there are no refunds.

What is a retainer?
A retainer fee is a fixed amount of money paid in advance to secure the services of a consultant.
A retainer fee is often paid in a single, lump sum or an ongoing basis.
Monthly retainers secure a block of hours (to be discussed in Consultation) for work to be performed and do not roll over from month to month.
What Is A Notary Public?
In Georgia, notaries public are commissioned for a four-year term by the Clerk of Superior Court in their county of residence.
